1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 365cuci ("365cuci", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://365cuci.lat and all associated services, games, and features provided therein.

By registering an account, logging in to 365cuci, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 365cuci platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

• You may hold only one (1) account on the 365cuci platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion or any restriction that prohibits you from gambling online under any applicable law or voluntary programme.
• You confirm that gambling online is not prohibited in your jurisdiction of residence, and that it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using 365cuci.

365cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, upon withdrawal, or upon suspicion of fraudulent activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 365cuci account. This includes:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• Ensuring that no third party, including family members, has access to or uses your account. 365cuci accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Notifying 365cuci immediately via live chat or the support email address if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered contact details, including email address and phone number, current and accurate at all times.

365cuci will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

365cuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 per transaction for all payment methods unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per transaction for verified accounts.
• Withdrawal Processing: 365cuci targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes for e-wallet methods and within one (1) to three (3) business hours for bank transfer methods. These are target times only and are not guaranteed.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• Currency: All transactions on 365cuci are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

365cuci does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges for which 365cuci bears no responsibility.

365cuci reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or where a withdrawal is flagged for investigation under anti-money laundering procedures.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

365cuci offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, and reload offers from time to time. The following general terms apply to all 365cuci promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be accumulated with the primary intention of withdrawal without genuine gaming activity.
• Each promotion is subject to its own specific wagering requirements, validity period, eligible games, and minimum odds. These requirements are published on the relevant promotion page.
• 365cuci reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a player has attempted to exploit or abuse a promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering patterns.
• Only one (1) welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once is considered a violation of these Terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and the specific game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that specific game.

• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical actions carried out by live dealers — card draws, wheel spins, or dice rolls — as captured by high-definition cameras and streamed in real time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365cuci platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register or operate an account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with any part of the 365cuci platform.
• Engaging in coordinated or matched betting strategies with the purpose of extracting promotional value without genuine risk.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes raised with a payment provider in bad faith after valid gaming transactions have been processed.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits, or using the 365cuci platform for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gaming.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured promotional odds for financial gain without notifying 365cuci. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of platform errors may be voided.
• Permitting or facilitating the use of your account by any person under 21 years of age.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 365cuci platform solely for your personal recreational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 365cuci content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365cuci and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to the 365cuci platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service outages, or events outside our reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes attributable to third-party game provider systems.

In no event shall 365cuci's aggregate liability to you exceed the total deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

365cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion or court order.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith.

Where an account is closed for cause, 365cuci may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at your request in good standing, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
